Welcome!

I’m a psychologist and Jungian analyst with a private practice. I also work as an educator/consultant, and am the author of several books.

I’ve spent much of my career as a psychologist working with education and public health. I was a volunteer clinical supervisor at UCSF for over 30 years and served as the Executive Director of a nonpublic school and day treatment program that worked with troubled children and their families.

Therapy

I work with both adults and children (ages 10-19). My office is located in San Francisco and I offer telehealth anywhere in the states of California and Pennsylvania.

I’m here to help people unlock greater creative, personal and emotional capacity. I can help you to work through challenges and restore a sense of emotional balance to your life.

Teaching & Consulting

I lecture for multiple universities and organizations about Jungian psychoanalysis, adolescent development, gender, and male psychological challenges.

I also provide consultation to analysts, psychologists, psychiatrists and therapists about deepening their clinical work and learning more about the analytic relationship.
